Jim has over 40 years experience in the Construction
Industry. Jim has extensive experience in all
areas of the Public and Private Sector particularly
in Swimming Pools, Leisure Facilities, Bank
Fit-out, Educational, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical
Projects.
Jim has previously provided his expertise at discussions in respect of Swimming Pool and Leisure facilities.

Padraic has over 20 years experience in the
Construction Industry. Padraic has extensive
experience in all areas of the Public and Private
Sectors particularly in Educational, Sports
Facilities, Refurbishment/Conservation, Acute
Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Projects.
Padraic was the founding Member of the Western region of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and served as Chairman for the years 2004 & 2005. Padraic is also External Practitioner on SCSI review panel for the L7 & L8 Quantity Surveying Course in both Sligo IT and Galway Mayo Institute of Technology.

SHANE TIERNEY

Shane has over 12 years experience in the Industry and has engaged in all construction cost management functions on a variety of project types, including cost estimating, cost planning, tender documentation, procurement, interim valuations, interim cost control and reporting, and preparation of final accounts.
Shane is responsible for providing a full range of Quantity Surveying services on Public and Private developments including Educational, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Industrial, Civil and Retail throughout Ireland.
Shane has experience in using the benefits of CUBIT and working with BIM to provide a more comprehensive service for our clients

BERNARD BARTLEY

Bernard Bartley has over 15 years experience in the Industry having spent 3 of those years in the Australian Industry and has gained diverse experience in cost management delivery in all sectors of construction projects and contractual arrangements from project inception through to completion.
Bernard is responsible for providing a full range of Quantity Surveying services on Public and Private developments including Educational, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Industrial, Civil and Retail.
Bernard has experience in using the benefits of CUBIT and BIM to derive the maximum return on investment for our Clients. |
